Quick lunch icons

I'm unable to have all my quick lunch icons available on
the toolbar. Is there anyway to let them appear everytime
I restart Windows
 
unlock the taskbar and stretch the launch area to the
right. position cursor on the vertical dots line and
drag with left mouse button. then relock the taskbar.
