Quick List - Like TOC

I am creating a phone number and address list that will be modified
very frequently. I want to have the detailed list that has name
address phone number family members etc. Then in the front I want a
quick list that has just the name and phone number. I would like to
have the quick list created automatically just like a Table of
Contents. I want it to look just like a Table of Contents but the
page number would be the phone number.

Any ideas anyone?

You can't get Word to substitute a phone number for a page number.

However, if you format the name as Heading 1 and the phone number as
Heading 2, you should be able to easily create a TOC that only shows
Heading 1 and Heading 2 in the order they appear, and does not show page
numbers.

heading styles so that your phone numbers don't have to look like headings.
