My Quick Launch tool bar crashed in WIndows XP. Now it is
not showing. If I try to add it from the toolbars menu
item, it shows error "Cannot create toolbar". Other users
in XP professional are getting toolbar. How to enable it
in my system ?

I ran the program that is specified in the message, but
there are no icons in that toolbar. How can I include the
Show Desktop, and the Explorer items to this toolbar?

Restore the ShowDesktop icon to QuickLaunch bar:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/HTML/ShowDesktop.htm

And create shortcut to iexplore.exe there.
