Quick Launch Toolbar Crashed

I can't see the quick lauch toolbar in my Windows XP Pro
system. Other users of the same system can see it. When I
try to add the quick launch toolbar from the toolbar
menu, it says Cannot Create Toolbar error. I can have all
other toolbars like Language menu, Address bar etc. It
came to this state after it carshed once. Can anyone
figure out what might have happened ? How can I get it
back ?
