Quick Launch Toolbar

I noticed my Quick Launch Toolbar no longer appears
immediately to the right of the "START" button. Instead,
it appears immediately to the left of the System Tray.
Any idea what happened and how to return to normal?

Close to the Quick Lauch Toolbar, you have a vertical line. Hover the most
over it, until it changes. Left click, and move the mouse to the left, over
the other vertical line you have down there. That should swap them.
