Quick Launch shifted to right side

I have a win2k computer that has the Quick Launch Toolbar shifted to the
right side of the task bar by the task tray instead of the default
location to the right of the Start button. Any suggestions on getting
it restored back to the left side.

right side of the task bar by the task tray instead of the default
location to the right of the Start button. Any suggestions on getting
it restored back to the left side.

Move the mouse cursor over the vertical bar at the left end of the
toolbar. When the cursor changes to a double-headed arrow, click and drag
the toolbar all the way to the left.
