Quick Launch Toolbar disappeared

When I try to create it I get an error message. Cannot
create toolbar.

Now what?

Hi,
You a have a problem with a folder that exist in all profiles.
You a have to go into your profile, for exemple in Windows 2000 you go into:

C:\Documents and Settings\***\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ and you've got to have a folder Quick Launch.
If you don't have, you've get to creat another one.
You can creat a local acount and copy to this location.
In another Operation System you have a similar situation but with diferent path.

Roght click on the toolbar area, selcet toolbars, check to see if
quick launch is still ticked.
