Quick Launch bar gone

Hi,
I've lost my programs Quick Launch -- the very one nearest the Start button.
Those Anti-spyware companies took it away -- I knew you don't believe it
BUT it's true. Can we put it back? PLEASE ;o)

Right-click TaskBar, select Properties, select Toolbars, select Quick
Launch.
 
Thank You Very Much -- Joe, that's was very quick. The correct way I used is:
Right-click TaskBar, select Properties, select Taskbar tab, make check mark for Show Quick Launch.
Click Apply & OK to execute.
