Quick Forward Of Mail

Is there a quick way to forward mail to one or more specific contacts
without having to go through the select names box. Ideally I would like to
have a button on my task bar that automatically sends my selected mail to a
pre-designated contact.

This would be great for forwarding spam mail to Spamcop, or sending mail to
a certain person.

Thanks in advance.

What version of Outlook? If you use OL2002/2003, you have autocomplete, and
can start typing the address and let it fill in the rest.
Other than that, you can use autoresolve if the recipient is in your
contacts - type in Joe, hit the Check Names button (or ctrl + k) and let it
look for the Joes in your contacts.

Thanks Lanwrench. I can't believe autocomplete was there and I never used
it! It works perfectly for my purposes. I am using Outlook 2003.
I wonder what else I am missing? Is there a top tips guide somewhere that
has all these shortcuts and nifty features?

Cheers...Tony

Might start with www.microsoft.com/outlook , www.slipstick.com, and maybe
pick up some books. Enjoy!

To forward messages to spamcop you need to include the full headers,
which is not done automatically when forwarding.

An easy tool to send messages to spamcop is OLspamcop; it can be
downloaded for free from http://www.olspamcop.org/
