Questionnaire with Frontpage to measure customer satisfaction

Hello,
I am writing a thesis at the moment about the establishment of a
questionnaire measuring customer satisfaction of an industrial company
in B2B. Therefore, I have to design the questionnaire with e.g. MS
Frontpage. Has anyone experiences, tipps,.... about Frontpage,
surveys/questionnaires, customer satisfaction, etc.?
