ok how do u turn off the system shut-down thing and what
is that for?
 
The system shutdown is for convience mainly, if you are
downloading can set your pc automatically shutdown when
all downloads are finished.

Windows XP will not allow applications to shut the system
down though, so theres no real need to disable it
