I find that I only have a choice between Quick Scan and Full System Scan when
scheduling a recurring scan. If I click on Scan Now, I only get a 5 minute
Quick Scan. I would like to choose to have a Full Scan when scanning
manually as I hate the full scan when I am working so I originally changed my
daily scan to Quick Scan. Since I can't get a full scan manually I have
changed my schedule to do a Full Scan one day a week.

You can do a full scan. When you click Scan, you get a quick scan. If you
click the down arrow to the right of Scan, then you have the option to
specific a quick scan, full scan or custom scan.

Thanks, "Mr Cat" -- I found that out yesterday -- there was another thread
and I posted what I found - someone said it was on the Windows Defender Home
page and I couldn't find it -- turns out it is on the program itself. I
don't remember ever noticing that little, almost imperceptible arrow with the
drop down box. Also, although Windows Defender shows when the last spyware
scan was right on thte first page of the interface, it does not show that or
the last virus scan on Live OneCare unless you click on Setting then and then
Create Support Log, too. I think it should show on the front of OneCare's
interface along with when the last update took place, etc. like Norton's
program. You shouldn't have to go through all of that to find out when the
last scans were.

I appreciate your taking the time to point this out to me -- just in case I
hadn't found it already.
