Question RE Hardware Manager

I have a couple of devices I can't get rid of and a couple I don't
know why they are there.

WinXP Pro
ABIT KT7A RAID MB - not using RAID function only RAID ports.
Linksys net adapter


I have two instances of a REALTEC adapter which I cannot deleteis the message I get when I try. It is from the time when I did have
this bd installed, but it is not now installed.
I have disabled them, but can't delete.
Tried both in SAFE mode and regular.


I also have two SCSI controller devices
AXSAKI and PRECSIM
which I have no idea why since I have no SCSI devices on the system.


Can anyone enlighten me about how to delete the adapters and why I
have the SCSI devices????

ALSO, what are all these WAN MINIPORT entries for?

(IP), (IP) - Packet Scheduler, (L2TP), (PPPOE), (PPTP)

I have a Cable Modem and a router and the computer is sometimes
connected to either.
My laptop has none of these entries.
