Question Photoshop Elements

Hi,

Can anyone who uses Photoshop Elements assist with a simple question before
I buy it. Can you add coloured arrows to your photos as you can with the
old Photoshop LE? I sometimes need to point out particular parts on a photo
for my work and would hate to buy Elements and find I can't do it.

Yes, you use the Pencil tool.
Very easy to use and a multitude of options with it.
