I know this is not a Nero newsgroup, but I was hoping someone that uses it
could give me some input.
I just burnt a new XP Slipstreamed CD (XP Pro & SP2). Everything seemed to
go fine except when I got to the label page. The instructions I have show
Volume label as "ISO 9660: (Name of XP CD). Then there is a box checked
that says "Also use the ISO 9660 text for Joliet". My screen on label page
in Nero 6 has either automatic naming or manual naming as choices. There is
no box to check for using the ISO 9660 text for Joliet so I just overwrote
the name in the automatic box with the name of my XP CD. Is this correct?
Should I have used the manual naming option and typed in the same thing for
ISO 9660 and Joliet file systems? I am asking because when I overwrote the
automatic name, and the CD was done, my drive disappeared from Windows and I
had to shut down & restart to be able to eject the CD. I did try burring
one disk with the manual naming and I was able to eject the CD after it
finished. I know I have problems on my system because I installed with a
slipstreamed CD that had errors on it so I have been trying to make another
but I am just not familiar enough with Nero and CD Burning in general to
really know what I am doing.
