16 bit cd run

I am curious to know if there is any way to run a 16 bit memory file (cd) on
an XP.
Every time I put the cd into the drive, the computer does nothing....Is
there a problem? It is a " MS DOS ISO-9660 " if that helps

Thanks,
zman

What happens if you explore the cd and find the executible file and double
click it?

You have an ISO image of the actual CD files.

You need some software that can burn the ISO to another CD
-or-
You need some software that can extract the actual files to your HD where
you can then run the install program
-or-
You need a program such as "Daemon Tools" that will allow you to mount your
ISO image in a virtual CD drive where you can then run the install program.
