Question Marks

I am trying to access a page on a web site. Whenever I
click on the link, the page loads but all I can see is an
entire page of question marks. This only happens when I
try to access one certain page. Is the problem my
browser or in the site I am trying to access?

Hard to tell without an url. But there are many weird pages out there...
What do you see when you "view source"?
