Question about Windows XP SP2

I'm not sure if this is the correct category, but, it's the closest I found
for the question I have. I have Windows XP Professional Edition, the version
before Microsoft decided to make a SP1 and SP2 retail package version. If I
were to re-format my hard disk drive, and slipstream XP SP2 into the
installation, would that install everything that comes with SP2, like the
pop-up blocker and features like that?

Yes;
In fact if you are going to reinstall Windows, you are better off
slipstreaming SP-2 because you can then skip one major upgrade.
