Question about address book

I use both Outlook Express and 2003Outlook (from 2003Office Suite).
I am wondering about the origin of Address Book (found in
c:\Documents and Settings\In C. Kim\Application Data\Microsoft\Address
Book\JohnDoe.wab).
Is JohnDoe.wab from Outlook Express or Outlook?
How about the contact (i.e., pst) in Outlook?
What I see is that the list of contacts between Outlook Express and Contact
in Outlook is different.
I am confused. Roman

Outlook Express.

Outlook and Outlook Express don't use the same data. It's as simple as
that. Outlook Express uses the Windows Address Book. Outlook uses the data
you've entered into your Contacts folder.

How can I synchronize data between wab (OE) and Contacts (Outlook)?
Thank you. Roman
