Query to find records in a single table where two fields don't mat

I need to create a query that will find records in one table, where for
example the Fee Code column and the PPO Fee Code column don't match. I
starting it in design view and pulled in the table and have it laid out how I
want it to look, I just don't know how the expression should look.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Under the Fee Code column, put your criteria as...

Not [PPO Fee Code]
