I am trying to build a query that totals an agent's productivity for a specific period of time. I do not know how to have the query combine the duplicate entries for each agent, though. I have it to where it is pulling the data I want for the start - end date and showing the table info I'm looking for, just not combining it into one line per agent with the sums. Instead each agent is listed 5 or 6 times with a record for each day of productivity. I might add that it is impractical to run a query for each agent. Is there a simple solution that I'm just not aware of? No experience in macros or SQL.
