Access Query about ticking multiple checkboxes

hi i am working Access in a program called Linear access base 2000 they have a colum called suspended it has a box with a checkmark in which equals ye/no i have click on each box to change is there a way i can do all of them at the same time if not i have to do it 45500 times.
