Quarentine issue

I quarentined a program and re-installed it from the
spyware program. The program will not run now. It shows
as still being quarentined in the record but doesn't show
in the quarentine area anymore.
 
It can take a LONG time for files to show in the quarantine area of the
program UI. By one report, Kazaa files took 6 hours to fill in.
