If a file has been quarantined it usually means it's infected with a virus or it's
spyware.
Please provide details about what program you are using that is quarantining files so
someone can better advise you on the correct procedure.
More details, more assistance likely.

than you sharon and nog for your help and iam useing
antispyware beta from microsoft, and also did delete quare.., found 1000 of
spyware problem solve so far, computer running exc.. so far see you guys
