Use a higher resolution.... one of the ones for fast DSL connections. But
the better the quality, the larger the resulting file will be.
If you want a small file, it's going to be bad quality. If you want good
quality, the files sizes can be HUGE.
Trade one for the other.... or try and find something the middle that meets
your quality requirements but also your web hosting company's rules and
regulations
