Poor quality in full screen

I am very new to Movie Maker. I used it to capture video that I recorded from
my VCR of old home movies. The movie quality is fine on the story board, but
after saving then trying to view them I found the quality very bad when in
full screen mode. Are there resolution settings that I may be able to change.
When saving I used the recommended "Best Quality" I want to eventually burn
these videos to DVD.

Thanks

Using the DV-AVI option is usually best when heading to DVD.

Show 'Other Choices' if you don't see the dropdown list that includes DV-AVI
