qedit.dll error

I am receiving a qedit.dll error when I launch Movie Maker.

AppName: moviemk.exe AppVer: 2.0.3312.0 ModName: qedit.dll
ModVer: 6.5.1.900 Offset: 00018c80

I have loaded WMM 2 and DirectX 9.0b. I also have WMP 10 loaded.

Does anyone have an idea why I get the error and after sending a report, WMM closes down? And what I can do to correct this?
