Q810847 (Feb-03) was (1) full of problems and bugs, and (2) has been
superceded at least six (6) times by later Cumulative [that word's a big
hint] Updates for Internet Explorer, the last one being Q834489 which was
released last week. In MS's own weird way, the error is stating you already
have the Q810847 fixes installed.

Whoever you talked to at Cisco is full of horse-hockey.

Best to rely on Windows Update for patches your system should have, rather
than picking & choosing ones you think it needs (or that clueless tech
support folks say you need). A new batch of updates is slated to be
released on Tuesday, 10 Feb-04 so check in at Windows Update soon, Ollakal.
