Q328628: Security Tabs Missing from Scheduled Tasks

G

Guest

I am unable to get the Security Tabs to show up for my Scheduled Tasks.
Support Document Q328628 says the latest service pack should have corrected
it. I already have Service Pack 2. The workaround described in Q328628 does
not work. I tried to contact technical support by email to get the hotfix.
but the Microsoft Email Help freezes up. How can I get the hotfix without
having to pay $$$ for telephone support?

No one but Microsoft has the hotfix, so contact them.

Generally there is no charge if the hotfix is all you need to fix the
problem.
