I am having serious problems with games and I know what
the cause is - however i cant find
Q321178_WXP_SP1_x86_ENU.exe

anywere to download, microsoft says its on the update
site in or under SP1(a) in critical updates. It isnt.

Can any body point me in the right direction to obtain
this critical patch which resolves AMD's and the direct
X's teams mistakes with direct draw.

SP1 and SP1a are identical - the latter just lacks Java.

That fix is in Service Pack 1 (SP1a) for XP.

Just install SP1a.
