Windows XP Q: MSN Yahoo messenger

i hv admin rite on a pc(on domain 2003), when open IM (msn, yahoo) it'll automatic close IM itself in second. i checked CPU & RAM usuage running on low level always.
use hijackthis scan remove all msn relate object & virus scan with norton 10.1 then reinstall MSN IM again then reboot. problem remain!
HELP!
