And adding to that: it's cross-platform and runs on almost every platform
that's used by more than 3 people... ;-)
(including Windows, MacOS and Linux, but also OS/2, WinCE and DOS...)

Python is a VERY nice programming language,
probably the best one I've used in over 35 years
of programming ...

It is Free and Open Source ...
