pyhcical memory dump

every time i try to install something big like programmes
and games i get a physical memory dump and pc needs
restarting now i have tryed the advice that the screen says
but for some reason still wont do it
any clues ????????????

Try posting the actual Stop code that you are receiving + any minidumps in
your C:\Windows\Minidump folder. I really can't make any recommendations
unless have an actual error message and more data.
