PWS ??

You don't. PWS is old, defunct, software. XP Pro includes Microsoft IIS
server on the CD. Install it via the Windows Components button on the
Control Panel's install program. XP Home does not have this software
and I understand it is not possible to install it. For XP Home (and XP
Pro) you can use another web server, e.g. Apache (www.apache.org), which
is ubiquitious use in the Internet.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

WinXP Home does not support a MS web server.
WinXP Pro comes with IIS, which is the web server. It's installed via
Windows add/remove programs.

PWS is a feature of Pro only - are you running Pro?

It is not even in Pro. Pro has IIS (Internet Information Server) - a
different, later product. And neither can be installed under XP Home
