Putting the same new event on more then one calendar

In outlook I have two calendars that I use. There are several things that I
would like to put on both calendars. Is there anyway to add the same item on
both calendars without having to enter the item twice, once on each calendar?

There are several ways to do this. One way is to create your event and
instead of clicking "Save and Close", click File>Copy to Folder, specifying
the non-default calendar as the destrination. This will make a copy in that
folder. You can then click Save and Close, which will place the entry in
the default folder.

Another way is, after clicking Save and Close, opening the default calendar,
selecting the event, then while holding Ctrl, dragging the event to the
other calendar, making a copy of the event in that folder as well. There
are other ways as well to make copies of existing events and place them in
other folders.

Additionally, there are third-party replicators you can buy. Start here:
