Putting Pics onto a website

Hi all,
My ISP has a website that one can make for "free" -
however this doesn't inclue any assistance!!

I have some great pics that I've downloaded from my
camera, but when I insert them into the website page,
they are much much too big.

Can any kind person tell me how to downsize the pics, so
multiple ones will fit on the same website page??

What application are you using? You can make thumbnails of the images then use a
hyperlink to view the larger image. www.irfanview.com is free and will do thumbnails.
Any good paint program will resample your pictures.
