Put printer Icon in taskbar to use printer

I would like to put a printer icon in my task bar that can be used to print
when web pages don't give that option, and I can't acess my printer.

I don't know of a way to do so though there's probably a third party
application that will do it for you. For the time being you can just press
CTRL + P and print.

Why can't you just right-click on the page and choose Print? Or, on the menu
bar, click File, then Print? Or press Ctrl-P?
