purchasing office developer 2000 upgrade

hello,

we need office 2000 developer so i can deploy a runtime database for windows
98 or newer users. we really only need the upgrade, not the full-blown
edition, since we have 2000 professional already. i've been looking all over
the internet, but can only find the ODE 2000 full-blown edition. is there
some place i haven't found that would sell an upgrade only?

You might consider yourself lucky to find a legitimate copy of the
full-blown version.

I think there are far fewer copies of the O2k Developers Tools Upgrade in
existence than there were full ODE sets, but that is just a guess based on
how few retailers carried it at the time (I bought it years ago, and no, i'm
not selling) and the fact that Microsoft only offered full ODE sets when
they released Office XP.
