Ebay ad for Office XP

I found this on ebay. {See below}
What i would like to know is, if it is genuine, does this product
include full versions of word , excel , access etc
I would like to convert my Access 2000 DB to 2002 and sell it without
incurring any more additional expenses so would this product be all i
need?
ie to develop on and then sell to customers who do not have Access on
their PCs.

The description looks ok in terms of included products, and Office XP
Developer is what you would need to distribute Access databases to persons
who do not have Access on their computers.

However, no one here can verify that what the seller is offering is genuine.
