Sounds like they did not have the FP SE set up to support subwebs

| ran into this problem of the server re-questing our PW again, which it
| continued to do over and over again. The tech person at Chapel
| Communications said the Windows Extensions unfortunately were not the most
| stable program developed, and they would change permissions.
