Publishing problems

I already publish 3 websites and store them in 'my webs' folder. I've
designed a new website and stored this in a folder within 'my webs'. I now
want to publish this new site (folder) to the new web host but it tries to
load everything in my webs. I've saved these new pages as web pages but how
do I separate them from everything else in the 'my webs' file?

Is the folder in my webs for your new site a web folder with the globe icon??

If not, right click on it and select convert to web.
Then open the "web" and select recalculate hyperlinks and then publish.
