Publishing problem...

I recently change my photo gallery to say "Under Construction" but now when i
went to go publish it, the link does not show up when i access it through the
www. When i preview it on my computer the link bar shows Pictures, but once
again when i publish and view it through www, it does not. Hpw can i fix
this?
 
Consider refreshing your view of remote computer.
Consider Tools | Recalulating hyperlinks
Consider refreshing your browser's view to ensure you are not getting a
cached copy.
