publishing problems

I can see a correct page in the preview mode, and also
when I preview in my browser, but I go to publish and what
I have on my screen is not what is published to my web
site? This occurs when I try to modify pages and photo
galleries. More specifically when I try to change a photo
gallery layout.it shows perfectly on my screen, but does
not publish to the web site.an error banner appears on my
page with my link tabs and text repeated.

Any advice?

After publishing have you cleared your browser cache?
