Publishing NT performance monitor data to a website

A few years ago in a former job we used a tool to publish performance
monitor data to a website in interactive graphs. I can't remember the name
of the free program we used to accomplish this but I'd like to do it at my
new place of employment.

Anyone know of a free tool that does this?

I know of a router management (MRTG)... it graphs performance, and can give
you info on any switch or router that can be managed by snmp.

I've only seen it implemented, haven't actually used it myself, but read it
should be pretty easy to set up. But this probably isn't what you were
looking for.
