publishing more than one web

I normally use ftp to upload my sites but need to start using FP because of
the extensions. Each site I work with are in individual folders within "MY
WEBS". But when I try to publish just one of the sites, it tries to publish
all of the folders within "MY WEBS". I must be missing a setting but I cannot
find it.
Can you help?

Is My Webs a folder with a blue globe in it?
If so FrontPage thinks it is a web site and thinks the others it contains are part of it.

You need to convert the My webs folder to a regular folder, and then all of your web folders within
into individual webs.

In FrontPage File->Open Web (open site in FP2003) and browse to the My Webs
folder.
Open the web, then right click on each folder holding a separate web, and
convert these to subwebs.

Open the subweb in FrontPage to edit and publish.
