With UNIX website with subdomains, FP2002 does not Publish right.

I use FP2002, with UNIX based web site with FP2002 server extensions.
Have two subdomains. On Local web, they are folders. But cannot Publish
correctly because local root directorty and web root directory differ.

On web, subdomains are located: domain/home/subdomain

But my local FP web does not match. When I try to publish, everything goes
into domain/ directory rather than domain/home.

Hence, my basic question: How to use FP2002 with subdomains on UNIX web
with FP2002 extensions. Must I upload via ftp rather than "Publish Web"?

You would create a subweb for each and then your host would point the DNS for the subdomain to the
subweb.
