Publishing from Local To Remote

I have published a website using FP 03 I went back in and added some stuff and
tried to republish, but when I tried it said it was successful but none of
the changes actually took on the remote site. It used to work fine, but I had
to do a clean install on my computer and since then, no luck. I am at a loss.
So far I have tried:

Close all open Web sites, then choose Open Site from the File menu and make
sure to specify your local Web site.

Then, make sure that Remote Web Site Properties shows the remote Web site.

Since you have done a clean install, you need to get your webs back in
synch. Do a FULL publish one time, not just a changed pages, and that
should get you back.

Also, make sure you have cleared your browser cache.

Did a browser cache clearing going through the IE tools menu and one through
CCleaner. Then did a full publish followed by a changed pages only publish.
Still it did not change.

By adding stuff, did you add it thru FP
- If not Run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks before publishing

No I added some text, an icon, and a hyperlink for that icon. It was all
added on the local page through Frontpage. When I try to publish the local
site to remote, no changes take place on the remote site, though I get a
message saying it was succussful.

Have you refreshed your browser (or cleared your browser cache)
