When I publish my site for a backup on a remote nas,
everything will publish except two folders which are
webfolders. How can I publish the entire site with sub
web folders?

Hi Don,

Try publishing the root web only (without including the subwebs). Now
Create the subwebs on the destination manually and then open the source
subwebs individually and publish them to the destination subwebs. If there
are any issues with permissions, then they would popup clearly.

Regards,
Vijay
