Published site does not match design view

I have a site published at www.kellislittleangels.com. This site used a
template designed in Adobe Photoshop. The problem is: design view looks
great but the tiles in both preview and published view have holes in the
background. I don't know how to fix it. Someone please look at this and
help.

You should subscribe to my Tips newsletter! I described in a recent tip
just exactly what causes this.

This is a bug in mshtml.dll, the HTML renderer for IE. That's why it looks
fine in FrontPage. It's an issue with the colspan attribute in the tables.
You will need to redo the tables to work around it.
