Navigation disappears when I publish web site updates

,I use FrontPage 2003 and I've been updating and publishing my web site for
over a year with no problem but last night, when I published my site updates,
all of the main the navigation (tabs along the top) disappeared on the newly
published site. The navigation was visible in design view and in the preview,
but as soon as I published to the web, the navigation disappeared on my site
on the web. I don't have this problem when I only publish select pages,
only when I re-publish the entire site. The only way I've found to get the
navigation back is to open my remote web site online through FrontPage and
recreate it there. Any help troubleshooting this problem would be
appreciated. Here's my web site URL http://www.10stepmarketing.com

I'm not sure what you mean by what options do I have selected.
I just have the web site open and I use File / Publish Site.

If using FP2003, make sure that you are not optimizing your page during publishing.
